My favorite time of the year is Christmas ~ and the November ~ December ~ January Holiday season.
I enjoy the Thanksgiving Holiday. I make every effort to give Thanks to our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ ~ always remembering that every thing we are and have was granted in his infinite love and wisdom.
What can I say about Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. We celebrate the birth of our Lord and it is such a wonderful day of fun for the children.
New Years Day is my Bowl Game Day. It's my day to watch football all day long. Many times I will set up two or even three televisions to watch the numerous games on that day. Go Dawgs!
July the Fourth, Easter, King Day, Presidents Day, Washington's birthday, Labor Day, Halloween, Valentine's Day and on and on ~ all the special day's and holidays will always be special to me.
In my novel ~ The Chicken Plant ~ I went into detail the fun adventures experienced during the Holiday's during my Poultry Career days.
Say what you will about poultry processing ~ the culture of the business is that of history recognition, patriotism, and freedom of religion. What more can you ask of a business ?
