The Charter members of the cecilbuffington.com Jefferson City HALL OF FAME are noted by **. These individuals represent a who's who of citizens that helped make our city into what it is today.
Perhaps if listed on early accomplishment's Morris Bryan, Jr. could have clearly led the pack. There have been many more that were driver's of Jefferson progress since World War II closely behind him.
This Charter list was first published in June of 2010. There were 30 members of the Charter Group.
Additions over the last three years have pushed the list to 48 members. As we move along the membership will grow by THREE to SEVEN each calendar year. At this point they will be added every December 20th.
