Cecil Buffington never intended to write a book. It just happened as he moved forward with his retirement. He was encouraged by friends and associates he had worked with for many years to relate some of his experiences of the past thirty-plus years in poultry processing. He decided to undertake the project. He enjoys the time when he can reflect on the many great years he experienced, while working with so many great people, in the poultry industry.
